Refund Policy

At Sugar Baby Cookies, we pride ourselves on the quality and freshness of our bakes. Because our cookies are perishable food items, please read our policy regarding refunds and replacements carefully.
 

1. Change of Mind
 

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for "change of mind" once an order has been placed and baking has commenced. Please double-check your selection and delivery details before completing your purchase.
 

2. Issues with Your Order
 

If there is an issue with your cookies (e.g., you received the wrong flavours or the product is not of acceptable quality), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

3. Damaged Items
 

We take great care in packaging your treats. However, if your order arrives significantly damaged during delivery, please reach out to us immediately with photographic evidence. We assess damage on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial or full refund, or a replacement at our discretion.
 

4. Non-Collection of Pick-Up Orders
 

If you have selected the "Pick-up" option and fail to collect your order at the agreed time/day, we cannot offer a refund. As our cookies are baked fresh, their quality decreases over time, and we cannot resell them to other customers.
 

5. Refund Process
 

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
     

6. Cancellations
 

Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pick-up. If we have already started preparing your specific order, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the cost of ingredients and labour.
