1. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our website.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., if we are at capacity).
   

2. Allergies & Food Safety

• Allergen Warning: Our cookies are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and soy. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free from traces of these allergens.

• Once delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to store the cookies correctly (e.g., in a cool, dry place) to maintain freshness and safety.
   

3. Cancellations & Changes

• As our products are made-to-order, cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery/pick-up.

• Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund as the baking process may have already begun.
   

4. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind."

• If there is a major problem with your order (e.g., wrong items or significant damage), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos so we can find a solution.
   

5. Delivery & Pick-Up

• We aim to deliver within our stated timeframes, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party couriers.

• For pick-up orders, if you fail to collect your order at the agreed time, we cannot guarantee freshness and a refund will not be provided.
   

6. Pricing

• All prices are in AUD. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but once an order is paid for, the price is locked in.
   

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, Sugar Baby Cookies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your order.
