Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Sugar Baby Cookies! We take great care in baking and packing your treats to ensure they arrive fresh and delicious.
 

1. Delivery Areas & Rates

  • Perth Local Delivery: We offer delivery to select Perth metro postcodes for a flat fee of $10.
     

  • Pick-up: Free local pick-up is available from East Victoria Park. Select "Pick-up" at checkout, and we will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
     

2. Processing & Baking Time

To ensure maximum freshness, our cookies are baked to order.

  • Our standard processing time is 2 business days (48 hours).

  • Please note that processing times are subject to change during busy periods (such as Christmas or Valentine's Day). We will notify you of any significant delays.
     

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been baked and processed:

  • Perth Metro: Delivery typically occurs within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
     

4. Authority to Leave (ATL)

To ensure your cookies aren't sitting in a transit warehouse, all deliveries are sent with "Authority to Leave" in a safe place.

  • If there is no safe, cool, or weather-protected place to leave the package, it may be returned to our kitchen or held by the courier, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

  • Tip: We recommend shipping to an address where someone is available to receive the delivery, such as a workplace.
     

5. Hot Weather Policy

Perth summers can be intense! During periods of extreme heat, we may slightly delay dispatching orders containing chocolate to prevent melting. We will contact you via email or text if your order is being held for the safety of the cookies.
 

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Sugar Baby Cookies cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a new $10 delivery fee will apply to resend the order.
 

7. Damaged Goods

We pack our cookies securely to keep them safe on the road. If your order arrives significantly damaged, please take a photo and contact us at [Your Email Address] within 24 hours of delivery so we can look into it for you.
